    • FRONT BRAKES ARE VERY NOISY WHILE DRIVING DUE TO RUSTED ROTOR SURFACE. FRONT BRAKES HAVE ABOUT 35% LEFT AND REAR BRAKES HAVE ABOUT 40% LEFT. BATTERY TEST AT 22% HEALTH. LEFT REVERSE LIGHT IS OUT. WIPERS STREAKING. RIGHT REAR AND LEFT FRONT TIRES HAVE 3/32NDS AND ARE GETTING CHOPPY. TIMING BELT IS DUE AT 150K OR EVERY 10 YEARS.
    • COOLANT LEVEL ONLY SLIGHTLY LOW. NO LEAKS FOUND AT THIS TIME. TOPPED OFF COOLANT AND MONITOR LEVEL. A/C COMPRESSOR OPERATES NORMALLY AT THIS TIME. AFTER ENGINE RUNS FOR A WHILE THE A/C COMPRESSOR WILL STOP WORKING AND ENGINE STARTS TO OVERHEAT. FOUND THAT RADIATOR FAN ASSEMBLY WILL NOT WORK. FAN HAS LOTS OF PLAY AND MOST LIKELY MAKES NOISE WHEN IT RUNS. SUGGEST TO REPLACE RADIATOR FAN ASSEMBLY.
    • BACKUP LIGHT BULB – Remove & Replace – One Side
    • BALANCE TIRES
    • ALIGNMENT
    • ELECTRIC COOLING FAN MOTOR – Remove & Replace – Assembly

    • LOUD KNOCKING NOISE IN FRONT END OVER BUMPS DUE TO LOOSE FRONT SWAY BAR LINKS. BAD ENGINE VIBRATION DUE TO LOOSE UPPER ENGINE MOUNT. OUTER TIE ROD ENDS ARE LOOSE. REAR SHOCKS ARE LEAKING. TPMS LIGHT IS ON DUE TO A DEAD SENSOR AT RIGHT REAR TIRE. OIL CHANGE STICKER SAYS THAT OIL CHANGE IS OVERDUE. OIL IS FULL AND NOT VERY DIRTY. RIGHT FRONT TURN SIGNAL BULB IS OUT.
    • P0128, P1289. FOUND THAT CYLINDER HEAD TEMPERATURE SENSOR IS OUT OF RANGE DUE TO RODENT DAMAGE TO WIRE HARNESS. SUGGEST TO REPAIR WIRE HARNESS AND RECHECK FOR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS.

    • P0456. SMOKED EVAP SYSTEM WITH NO LEAKS FOUND. GAS CAP FEELS LIKE IT DOES NOT TIGHTEN VERY WELL. SUGGEST TO REPLACE GAS CAP AND RECHECK FOR CODES.
    • WIPERS WOULD INTERMITTENTLY STOP WORKING DUE TO A FAULTY WIPER MOTOR. FOUND CODES B1875, B2332, U1041, U1262. THESE CODES ARE FOR PROBLEM WITH TILT STEERING WHEEL AND TURN/HAZARD SWITCH CIRCUIT. THE WIPER SWITCH IS PART OF THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH. TILT WHEEL WOULD HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN PUSHING DOWN. CAN MOVE WIRES ON COLUMN AND TILT WOULD WORK GOOD. REMOVED COLUMN COVERS AND COULD NOT FIND ANY WIRE PROBLEMS. MOST LIKELY BAD CONNECTION AT TURN/HAZARD SWITCH. SECURED WIRES AND RECHECKED. SEEMS TO BE WORKING GOOD AT THIS TIME. ELECTRICAL TAPE ON WIPER MOTOR CONNECTOR IS HOLDING CONNECTOR TOGETHER. THERE IS NO BAD CONNECTION AT WIPER CONNECTOR AND TAPE IS SUFFICIENT AT HOLDING CONNECTOR TOGETHER AND SHOULD NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS.
    • SHIFTER CABLE MOVES FREELY. ADJUSTED CABLE AND SHIFTER FEELS A LITTLE BETTER. SHIFT LEVER ON TRANSMISSION IS SPRING LOADED AND YOU CAN FEEL THAT WHEN SHIFTING INTO PARK. THAT PART IS INTERNAL IN THE TRANSMISSION AND CAN NOT BE ADJUSTED. OIL LEAK AT BOTTOM OF TIMING COVER AND FROM SEALS AT VVT OIL CONTROL SOLENOIDS ON VALVE COVERS.
    • CAN HEAR A SMALL SQUEAL WITH LIGHT BRAKING AROUND 30 MPH. SOUNDS LIKE FRONT AND REAR ON BOTH SIDE. NO OTHER NOISES HEARD AT THIS TIME. FRONT AND REAR BRAKES HAVE OVER 90% LEFT. WILL NEED TO REPLACE PADS AND ROTORS TO GET RID OF NOISE.
    • TIMING COVER &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace
    • OIL FILTER ADAPTOR GASKET – Remove & Replace
