OUTER TIE ROD ENDS ARE LOOSE. REAR SHOCKS ARE LEAKING. TPMS LIGHT IS ON DUE TO A DEAD SENSOR AT RIGHT REAR TIRE. OIL CHANGE STICKER SAYS THAT OIL CHANGE IS OVERDUE. OIL IS FULL AND NOT VERY DIRTY. RIGHT FRONT TURN SIGNAL BULB IS OUT.
- P0128, P1289. FOUND THAT CYLINDER HEAD TEMPERATURE SENSOR IS OUT OF RANGE DUE TO RODENT DAMAGE TO WIRE HARNESS. SUGGEST TO REPAIR WIRE HARNESS AND RECHECK FOR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS.

VEHICLE DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE A PULL WHILE BRAKING OR LETTING OFF THE BRAKE. DURING VISUAL INSPECTION FRONT BRAKE PAD LIFE DOWN TO 30-40% LIFE LEFT. CALIPERS MOVE BACK FREELY. FRONT BRAKE ROTORS DO HAVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF HEAT MARKS ON THEM. REAR BRAKES HAVE 50-60% LIFE LEFT. ROTORS HAVE SOME HEAT MARKS ON THEM.

- WIPERS WOULD INTERMITTENTLY STOP WORKING DUE TO A FAULTY WIPER MOTOR. FOUND CODES B1875, B2332, U1041, U1262. THESE CODES ARE FOR PROBLEM WITH TILT STEERING WHEEL AND TURN/HAZARD SWITCH CIRCUIT. THE WIPER SWITCH IS PART OF THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH. TILT WHEEL WOULD HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN PUSHING DOWN. CAN MOVE WIRES ON COLUMN AND TILT WOULD WORK GOOD. REMOVED COLUMN COVERS AND COULD NOT FIND ANY WIRE PROBLEMS. MOST LIKELY BAD CONNECTION AT TURN/HAZARD SWITCH. SECURED WIRES AND RECHECKED. SEEMS TO BE WORKING GOOD AT THIS TIME. ELECTRICAL TAPE ON WIPER MOTOR CONNECTOR IS HOLDING CONNECTOR TOGETHER. THERE IS NO BAD CONNECTION AT WIPER CONNECTOR AND TAPE IS SUFFICIENT AT HOLDING CONNECTOR TOGETHER AND SHOULD NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS.
- SHIFTER CABLE MOVES FREELY. ADJUSTED CABLE AND SHIFTER FEELS A LITTLE BETTER. SHIFT LEVER ON TRANSMISSION IS SPRING LOADED AND YOU CAN FEEL THAT WHEN SHIFTING INTO PARK. THAT PART IS INTERNAL IN THE TRANSMISSION AND CAN NOT BE ADJUSTED. OIL LEAK AT BOTTOM OF TIMING COVER AND FROM SEALS AT VVT OIL CONTROL SOLENOIDS ON VALVE COVERS.
- CAN HEAR A SMALL SQUEAL WITH LIGHT BRAKING AROUND 30 MPH. SOUNDS LIKE FRONT AND REAR ON BOTH SIDE. NO OTHER NOISES HEARD AT THIS TIME. FRONT AND REAR BRAKES HAVE OVER 90% LEFT. WILL NEED TO REPLACE PADS AND ROTORS TO GET RID OF NOISE.

HIGH PRESSURE LINE/HOSE FROM ELECTRIC PUMP TO THE RACK IS LEAKING AT THE CRIMPS. POWER STEERING LINE FROM COOLER HOSE TO THE ELECTRIC PUMP IS RUSTED THROUGH AND LEAKING. POWER STEERING RESERVOIR IS ALMOST EMPTY
- BRAKE PULSATION FELT IN FRONT BRAKES, POSSIBLY IN REAR BRAKES AS WELL. SUGGEST STARTING WITH REPLACING FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS. FRONT BRAKE PADS HAVE APPROXIMATELY 30-40% PAD LIFE REMAINING. REAR BRAKE PADS HAVE APPROXIMATELY 70% PAD LIFE REMAINING. ALL FOUR CALIPERS ARE COMPRESSING. VIBRATION FELT AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. TIRES ARE MAKING NOISE AND HAVE UNEVEN WEAR. TIRE NOISE IS COMING FROM BOTH FRONT AND REAR. VIBRATION FELT LIKE A TIRE BALANCE ISSUE. SUGGEST REPLACING ALL 4 TIRES AND PERFORMING ALIGNMENT.
